Founded in 1994 in London, Ink has a staff of more than 250 people in six offices around the globe. Together we create award-winning and inspiring storytelling and sell advertising to the largest brands in the world today.
Working with 22 of the world’s largest airlines and travel groups means that up to 1 billion passengers engage with our media annually. We create new opportunities for advertisers and brands to connect with a highly receptive global audience through inflight magazines, mobile devices and other digital, print and video media products.

Michael Keating

Joint CEO

Michael takes the lead on our airline and travel group partnerships, establishing new business relationships and developing our media proposition. At Ink, Michael has overseen the launch of more than 60 print and digital publications. He began his career in radio and television, working for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and MTV. Michael co-founded Ink with Simon in 1994.


Simon Leslie

Joint CEO

Simon heads our global Sales and Commercial operations, responsible for defining and executing the global sales strategy. He oversees sales teams in five offices around the world, selling advertising in over 100 countries. Simon began his career in finance and insurance. In 1994, he co-founded Ink with Michael.


Jim Campbell

Chief Operational & Financial Officer

Jim is an accomplished Chief Operational & Financial Officer with extensive experience within the media and technology sectors His early career was with the world's largest producer of spirits Diageo and he subsequently held C-Suite roles within B2B event organisers UBM, Cable & Wireless and betting company SIS Ltd before joining Ink in late 2014. Jim has significant experience in both print and digital operations and he is an FCCA with particular expertise and success in operational efficiency, performance improvement and investor management.
